Disclosure Statement

A percentage of the sum of the room night's revenue (less applicable taxes) generated by the use of the Select Rate paid by ABA Members at Participating Hotels is being paid to the ABA as a marketing fee by the Participating Hotels in exchange for certain promotional opportunities under the Starwood Select Program for ABA Members (the “Program”).  From time to time, ABA members may receive other promotional offers that may also be redeemable at the Participating Hotels, which offers may provide better rates than those offered under the Program.
